From a small barely known town, California became an international hub when the gold rush took place in this state in'48. This has attracted many people to transfer to California who want to build their career in this field.

The Silicon Valley is also an aftermath of the gold rush, which developed after the huge boom in the field of Information Technology in the 2000s. This compelled a large population of people to migrate to California to avail the opportunity, and begin life here.

The Gold Rush was a time that had a lasting effect on the attitudes of people. It opened up their minds to many possibilities and gave them hope of a better tomorrow. As people became more optimistic and driven, it led to the development of all major industries of California.
